How do you find out the manager of a stores name when you are a mystery shopper?

I just started this mystery shopper job and part of my training is to hit 2 stores and send in my reports. The only thing is on the report they want to know the managers name. How should I go about finding that out without letting them know I am a Mystery Shopper?
Some stores I shop at print the manager's name right at the bottom of the receipt.
I suppose you could do some detective work by pretending you want a job there and ask an employee who their manager is.

Ask to speak to a manager about a price reduction on an item. They are usually wearing name badges so you can get their name when they introduce themselves.
